The Dr. Martens 1461 Black Waxed Full Grain features a tough but soft waxed full-grain leather with an oily finish that will age to a rugged look with wear. The shoes have the signature yellow stitch along the high heat-sealed welt and the slightly lugged "Ben" outsole for better traction and a slight increase in height. These shoes will require less of a break-in period as the leather is a bit softer and easier to wear right out of the box
